The item must have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will also be given instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Be sure to include your RA number and order details inside the return package.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. For international returns, please ensure the customs declaration is marked as a “return” to avoid customs fees.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
